About us

We Are Here To Help

The primary goal of the service is to support our service users in maintaining their independence while continuing to live comfortably in their own homes. We strive to deliver best practices through our fully qualified and trained caregivers, helping individuals build confidence and feel secure in their home environment for as long as possible.

Ashia Whole Life is committed to delivering the highest quality of care. Our mission is to strengthen our reputation for excellence and distinguish ourselves from other domiciliary care providers by upholding the highest standards of care and integrity in all that we do. We aim to balance the needs of our service users and those we work with—including shareholders, staff, suppliers, and regulatory bodies—with dedication and professionalism.

Our Carers

At Ashia Whole Life, our care workers are carefully handpicked by our dedicated recruitment team. Each team member undergoes comprehensive background checks, including an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and the verification of at least two professional references. All of our care workers receive in-depth, advanced training designed to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to support individuals with a range of disabilities and mental health needs—always delivered with the right attitude and approach.

We’ve developed a distinctive care model where our care workers operate in pairs when providing support in the community. Whenever possible, we ensure that the same care team visits the same client throughout the day. This consistency helps build trust and comfort, allowing clients to feel more at ease knowing exactly who will be entering their home.

Our care teams typically travel together to each visit, ensuring they arrive at the same time. This approach not only enhances time efficiency but also provides an added layer of safety and reassurance for both our clients and care staff. This model has been well-received, earning recognition and praise from regulatory bodies such as our local authority.
